The Parents

Meet Blue and Loki, the proud parents of our first litter of puppies.

Blue is an Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler), born on December 3, 2022. This is her first litter and she has been an exceptional first-time mama. Blue is fiercely loyal, intelligent, feisty and protective of her family. She has exceptional herding instincts and is eager to take on any challenge.
 

Loki, our handsome Australian Shepherd, weighs in at a powerful 65 pounds, born on March 1, 2023. Loki is a gentle giant, known for his sweet demeanour and unwavering loyalty.

 

Blue and Loki enjoy a lifestyle filled with exercise, long daily walks, and ample outdoor playtime in our spacious fenced yard. Their diet consists of fresh, homemade, nutrient-rich meals prepared daily, ensuring optimal health. With regular vet check-ups, all necessary vaccines, and thorough training and socialization, Blue and Loki are prime examples of robust health and exemplary companionship.

About their Breeds

AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD

Get ready to meet the life of the party—the Australian Shepherd! These medium-sized dogs are packed with smarts, loyalty, and tons of energy.

SIZE: Aussies are 18 to 23 inches and weigh in at 40 to 65 pounds.

COAT: Their coats come in all the colours of the rainbow, and they're sure to turn heads wherever they go. 

PERSONALITY:

These pups have hearts of gold and are perfect for active families and individuals. From mastering obedience tricks to ruling the agility course, they're up for any challenge you throw their way.

HEALTH: While they may have a few health quirks to watch out for, with regular check-ups and lots of love, they'll be by your side for years to come, with the average lifespan of 10-13 years.

AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG

The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Red or Blue Heeler, is the perfect mix of intelligence, loyalty, and endless energy.

SIZE:

Standing between 17 to 20 inches tall and weighing 35 to 50 pounds, they're compact but mighty!

COAT: Their coat comes in striking blue or red speckles with tan markings, making them stand out in any crowd.

PERSONALITY: With a natural talent for herding and enthusiasm for life, they thrive in homes where they have plenty to do and explore. And don't let their tough exterior fool you—they're big softies at heart, forming deep bonds with their families and standing by them through thick and thin.

HEALTH: With proper care and regular vet check-ups, these pups can enjoy a long and healthy life, giving you 12-16 years of unforgettable memories.

TEXAS HEELER

The Texas Heeler is the gorgeous result of breeding a purebred Australian Shepherd and Australian Cattle Dog.

SIZE: As adults they can weigh 25 to 50 pounds.

COAT: They come in many colours—blue, merle, black, white, and tan! Their fur is short to medium, and it’s easy to groom.

PERSONALITY:  These pups are smart, energetic, and love to play. They are also loyal, loving, and eager to please. They’re great at learning new tricks and tasks. 

HEALTH: Texas Heelers are generally very healthy, but like all breeds, they can have some issues, like hip dysplasia or eye conditions. With good care, they can live a long  12 to 15 years!

BEST SUITED FOR:  The Texas Heeler is perfect for active families who love spending time outdoors. They thrive in homes where they get plenty of exercise and mental challenges.
